TimmyHR is built by Intelura Ltd — a team of builders who got tired of watching great companies struggle with terrible HR tools. So we built the platform we always wished existed.
Born from frustration,
built with purpose
The story of TimmyHR starts with a spreadsheet. Actually, it starts with dozens of spreadsheets — the kind that HR teams everywhere are still fighting with today. Attendance in one file. Payroll in another. Leave requests in email. Performance reviews in a shared doc that nobody can find.
We saw this problem up close in organisations across the globe and knew that the existing enterprise HR tools were either too expensive, too complex, or designed for a completely different context.
So we built Timmy. Named after the idea that every employee deserves to feel like a person — not a row in a spreadsheet. We designed it from scratch to be intuitive enough that any employee can use it without training, and powerful enough that HR directors love it.
Today, TimmyHR manages thousands of employees across multiple countries. We're just getting started.
