Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Own and extend the core TimmyHR application. You'll work across the entire stack — Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL — shipping features used by thousands of employees every day.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of full-stack experience with TypeScript and React
- Experience with Node.js, REST APIs, and relational databases
- Strong opinions about UX and attention to detail in UI
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
- Bonus: experience with Next.js App Router, Prisma, Neon, or Vercel

Product Designer (UI/UX)
Shape the visual and interaction language of TimmyHR. You'll own design end-to-end — from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity Figma and production assets — working directly with the founding team.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of product design for SaaS or B2B software
- Expert-level Figma skills with a strong design systems background
- Ability to balance business requirements, technical constraints, and user needs
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product UI work
- Bonus: experience designing data-dense dashboards or HR/ops tools

Customer Success Manager
Be the first dedicated CSM at TimmyHR. You'll own onboarding, retention, and expansion for our mid-market accounts — building the playbooks that scale with us as we grow.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of customer success or account management at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience owning a book of business and hitting retention/NRR targets
- Strong communicator — comfortable running calls with HR Directors and CEOs
- Data-driven approach to identifying at-risk and expansion opportunities
- Bonus: prior experience in HR tech, payroll, or people management software

Own demand generation for TimmyHR. You'll build our inbound engine — content strategy, SEO, paid acquisition, and lifecycle marketing — working closely with the CEO to hit aggressive pipeline targets.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of growth or demand generation marketing at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong track record with inbound marketing, SEO, and content-led growth
- Experience running paid campaigns on Google and LinkedIn
- Analytical mindset with comfort in Mixpanel, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Bonus: prior experience marketing to HR, People, or Operations buyers

HR Implementation Specialist
Help new customers launch on TimmyHR successfully. You'll run onboarding calls, configure accounts, import employee data, and make sure every customer goes live with confidence on day one.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of HR experience — as an HR manager, advisor, or in an HR tech implementation role
- Strong understanding of payroll, attendance, and performance management processes
- Patient, detail-oriented, and great at explaining technical concepts simply
- Comfortable running video calls with new customers independently
