What is included in Core?
Core is $7 per user/month and includes attendance and leave requests, onboarding and documents, calendar, announcements, org chart, rewards, recognition, role-based access, and Google SSO.
When do I pay?
Payment is collected during Stripe Checkout before the workspace is activated.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes, at any time from your admin settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing charges the yearly amount upfront (Core: $67.20/yr, Pro: $96/yr, Enterprise: Custom/yr).
Is there a user limit on Core or Pro?
No. Core and Pro have no minimum or maximum user count. For teams above 100 users, we recommend contacting Sales for custom pricing, but online checkout remains available.
What does Enterprise pricing include?
Enterprise is Contact Sales only and includes custom pricing, annual contracts, onboarding, support, integration support on request, and dedicated customer success.
