Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and no credit card required. It supports up to 5 employees with core HR features. When your team grows, upgrading to Starter takes seconds.
What's included in the 14-day free trial?
On Starter or Growth trials, you get full access to every feature on that plan — no feature locks, no watermarks. We don't ask for payment details until you decide to subscribe.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes, at any time from your admin settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No data is ever lost when changing plans.
How does annual billing work?
Switching to annual billing saves you 25% (Starter: $39/mo, Growth: $99/mo). You're billed once per year upfront. We'll send a reminder 30 days before renewal.
What happens when I exceed my employee limit?
We'll proactively notify you at 80% capacity and make upgrading seamless. You won't lose access or data — we'll work with you on a smooth transition.
What does Enterprise 'Custom' pricing mean?
