What Rewards & Recognition covers
Kudos and shoutouts
Your HR team posts kudos and shoutouts to the company feed, with an optional image, so appreciation is seen by everyone rather than sitting in a private thread.
Reactions and comments
Anyone in the company can react to a recognition post or comment on it, so colleagues can add their own thanks.
Birthday wishes
Colleagues can send a birthday wish with a note and a picture. It appears on the feed for everyone to see.
Rewards catalogue
Build a catalogue with a category, value, points figure, stock, expiry date and image for each reward. Rewards move through draft, active, expired and archived.
Assign and redeem
Assign a reward to an employee with a quantity and a note. They see it on their own Rewards page and redeem it when they are ready. You see what has been assigned and what has been redeemed.
Overview and CSV export
See your rewards by category alongside recent assignments, and export the rewards data to CSV for finance.
