Click an alert and you go to the request, goal or review it is about, instead of searching for it.

A new request notifies your HR team, and the decision notifies the person who made it. Goals, 1:1s, surveys and rewards notify the people they involve.
Kept for 180 days
Notifications stay in your list for 180 days, whether or not you have opened them, so an alert you dismissed by accident is still there.

Notifications are generated from real events in TimmyHR. There are no rules to build and no channels to wire up.

Alerts live in the app beside the work they refer to, rather than adding to your email. The bell checks for new ones every 15 seconds.

How notifications work
TimmyHR creates notifications automatically. It does this when a request is submitted or decided, a goal is assigned, a 1:1 is scheduled, a survey opens, a review is added, a reward is assigned or you are mentioned.
Open the bell in your header to see everything that needs your attention. Unread items are highlighted, and one click takes you to each one.
Every alert links directly to the item that triggered it, so you land on the request, goal or review you need to deal with.
